This knife have a very thin blade to my standard. It a pure slicer and will bend nicely when cutting boneless meat and fish. Very light overall with an extra long handle.
Kurouchi finish, flat grind (Kasumi ready). Double bevel
Weight : 131 gr / Balance point : At the heel
Distal taper from 3.30mm to 1.80mm to 0.70mm
Wa handle made from English Maple (Acer spp), 160mm length.
