The Consumer Contracts Regulations allows you to cancel any online purchase/subscription/enrolment within 14 days of purchase. However, you are liable for any costs incurred in the meantime (in our case this would be the cost of insurance, paypal fee, website fee, and materials which can be up to 125€). If a service/good is provided in full within 14 days the right to cancel can be lost during the cancellation period if the service/good is provided in full before the 14 days elapses.

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute.
