Child's Petty 115mm / 115CrV3

Child's Petty 115x35mm, Monosteel hand forged from 115CrV3 in Sheffield. 

This is a child's knife. The heel and tip are rounded and the blade is blunt but thin enough to go through vegetable for exemple. It's a real blade, fully harden and it can be sharpen when your child will be more confident. 

Kurouchi finish with flat grind. Double bevel

Weight : 89 gr. 

Distal taper from 3.50mm to 2.50mm to 1.5mm (Emoto - mid blade - 1 cm from the tip)

Wa handle made from black walnut, 110mm length.

Overall length : 230mm
