Ko-Santoku 137x43mm, San Maï hand forged from 135Cr3 Core and pure iron clad in Sheffield. Water quenched (63 HRC)

Kurouchi finish with polished flat grind (Kasumi-ish). Double bevel

Weight : 120 gr / Balance point : blade forward

Distal taper from 4.8mm to 3.20mm to 0.80mm (Emoto - mid blade - 1 cm from the tip)

Wa handle made from Black Walnut, 130mm length.
