This knife is an hybrid between a Gyuto and Honesuki. Thick spine with a strong distal taper. The best of both world.

Distal taper from 4.30mm to 3.20mm to 0.80mm
Wa handle made from Ebonised English oak ( Quercus robur), 145mm length.
